Is it Fall yet?! One of my favorite ways to ease into Fall, especially when the leaves haven’t turned yet is to make sure my nude game is on point *wink wink*. I’ve done the trials so you don’t have to. If you’re a brown girl your perfect nude lip combo is here. Let’s get into it! My signature lip combo for any season is a perfectly balanced warm and chocolatey, glossy nude. These products are my default setting and a perfect every day wear for Fall.

I start with the Pat McGrath Lip Liner in the shade “Ground Control”. Then I follow up with a Fenty Beauty Liquid Lipstick in the shade “Unbutton”. I finish with Nars Afterglow Lip Shine Lip-gloss in the shade “A-Lister”.

When I’m feeling indecisive (and I’m a libra so let’s be honest, I’m always indecisive), I stick to a more classic nude palette. I love love love the Rare Beauty Kind Words Lip Liner in the shade “Strong”, together with the Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Cream in the shade “Honey Waffles” for a more caramel vibe.
If I’m feeling peachy I go for the Kosas Hotliner Lip Liner in the shade “Supreme”, Huda Beauty Liquid Lipstick in the shade “Wifey” and the Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb in the shade “Fenty Glow” (if that’s not a classic I don’t know what is!).
Burnt orange
Finding the perfect nude lip can be hard but it doesn’t have to be! Playing with warm tones are a perfect way to transition from the summer months into Fall. A rich burnt orange lip is super fun and proves that a “nude lip” can be so versatile. Burnt orange is basically brown mixed with orange so it’s basically a nude! Yeah, I said it.
